You don't need a USB powered heater. Just run ventilation tubes between the 360 hardware itself and the gloves. Simple, cheap heated gloves.
Socom is my sole reason to owning a PS3 or even playing games for that matter. Socrack is the keyword here. Most of us are just that desperate. You'd understand if you were one the many that actually played through Socom in its prime years.

The PS3's BD-Java exploit is kinda worthless to the homebrew scene. It's nothing compared to the PSP's homebrew. Very very very limited to what you can achieve. Currently there is still no way to run unsigned apps taking advantage of the PS3's hardware specs even with a modchip installed. The BD-J apps are running off a whole different layer OS. Apps that are theoretically possible to run on BD-J Bluray 2.0 players as well.

I really wish Zipper Int would just remake Socom 2 in HD with the PS3 specs in mind. I am willing to bet Socom 2 HD for PS3 will sell more copies than Socom Confrontation.
FYI.....You can actually fit an average full length movie on a single VCD disc now. When I was in Japan, I had Cars, The Rundown, Rush Hour, and some other movies on single discs.

There are two viewing modes. Classic third person view and OTS. But, OTS is the default option.

You can run a 3.25 inch SATA HDD's with an adapter. It's not really going to be internal anymore though. I'm currently doing this for my custom PS3 case. I have a working 1TB HDD PS3 and no NOT external through USB. Real deal 1TB through SATA connection.
Sorry you can't compare realtime ingame screenshots of K2 to bullshots of Gears 2. You saying Gears 2 looking only a "bit" better is actually a compliment to K2. Your saying K2 is up to par with Epic's highest end PC running Gears of War 2. :)
As of right now we only seen bullshots of GeoW2 so we can't really do a true in-game graphics comparison. But we've seen ingame videos of both games and Killzone 2 is just miles away from GeoW2.

Many people will find this useful. I know the PSP is about mobile gaming but hey, sometimes people want to experience games that are only found on PSP on a bigger screen. For me, I'd love to play God of War: CoO on my TV.
